This mattress is super comfy! I've been sleeping on it for a few weeks now and I'm very happy with it! It was maybe a little firmer than I would've expected for a medium at first but it's still very comfy and supportive. I think the only thing I'd change about it is the line of piping that runs around it near the top edge, it's a little annoying if you're like me and hang your foot off the edge of the bed when you lay on your stomach. But overall, I'd say it's great!

After a couple of weeks sleeping on the Sealy Posturepedic® Pro Spring EPT Medium – Queen (Dupont II), I'm genuinely impressed by the difference it's made. Coming from a foam mattress, I didn't realize how much better I could feel with proper support. The mattress offers the perfect balance: firm enough to keep my back and hips aligned, yet still has the gentle cushioning of the Euro Pillow Top for that extra level of comfort. At 15 inches tall, the height is perfect - when I sit on the edge, my feet touch the ground comfortably (for reference, I'm 5'5"). Getting in and out of bed feels natural and easy. It's elegant, with sturdy, consistent support that leaves you feeling well-rested without sacrificing comfort. I am currently remodeling my entire home myself, and I used to wake up every morning with an aching back and stiff muscles with my previous foam mattress. First of all, I have to say that the delivery folks could not have been more considerate and genuinely friendly!
I have chronic back pain and noticed a significant difference in relief after sleeping on this mattress for a couple of weeks! It's high quality, beautifully crafted, and is SO easy to fall asleep on! I'm even looking to get a full size for our spare room. 10/10 highly recommend!

I overall think this is a great mattress, it is a little too soft for my liking but my kids love it. We have a queen bed in my child's room and they really love the softness and coziness of it. I laid on it with them a few nights and while to me it was a little too soft, I did think it was a great quality mattress that others who prefer soft pillow-top beds would really love. I'm very picky when it comes to mattresses and I thought Medium would be right in the middle of too firm or too soft. I would pick a too soft mattress over too firm however. I would say this one is an 8/10 because it's good quality not super heavy and you can get pretty comfortable laying on it.

This is such a comfortable mattress. So far I have slept on it for a couple weeks and it has been so much better than my old mattress I had. It's soft on top but feels like it will hold up well. The mattress is thick and I was worried my sheet wouldn't fit but it did easily. My body doesn't hurt when I wake up anymore like my old mattress. I have had different mattresses and some have been better than others and I can tell this is going to last a while. The only problem I have had so far is the smell when I opened the bag the mattress was in. I know it will air out but wasn't a fan of that. Other than that it's been really nice to have and sleep on.

We really love this mattress - it is soft, especially compared to our old pillowtop, but not so soft that we are sinking. It is cozy and comfortable, just the right fit. It doesn't need a box underneath, and holds up well on its own.

This mattress is amazing! The perfect amount of softness and firmness. I have fallen asleep faster than I ever have and am able to get a better nights rest than I did with my previous mattress. My body just feels better. My husband loves it as well, and says he is really happy with it for many of the same reasons. We have an adjustable base and it works great with it.

I was given this matress to review and my husband and i could not be more impressed. Just looking at the matress you can see the quality and craftsmanship. The matress is the perfect in the middle not too hard and not to soft. We LOVE the cool touch cover. This is QUALITY. If you are wondering if it's time to upgrade....GO FOR IT!

Posturepedic Pro Spring EPT Medium, Queen - Dupont II, I was excited to get my new mattress it was time my previous was 4 years old. I'm happy to have gotten new mattress but for Medium support it's very hard feels more like a firm mattress which I'm highly disappointed about, we've slept on it for about 3 weeks now & I already have back issues I haven't had a good nights sleep, my spouse on the other hand said he loves it & has been super comfortable. The past week I've slept in the spare room where we put our old mattress cause it's way more soft & comfortable. So I guess it depends on the person but I feel for a medium it should be a lot softer, I've had Posturepedic medium in the past and was softer not so hard. Per my spouse he has recommended it to friends & bragged about it. Me not so much.

It does work with their adjustable bed frame if you want or have one currently.
